Fabulous lady! not quite sure on artist? Made of bisque porcelain, poseable at arms and legs. Legs can bend, but really limited to posing due to dress. Lovely face, very fair complexion, glass like eyes, pale pink lips, nice soft delicate look.  She has blonde hair with strands of maple color, a full very fancy dress & hat. Full of ribboning, flowers & lace. Shoes are painted, wearing bloomers. Her hand is last picture has a little tiny bit of over cast, hardly
noticeable
but still want to point out. A very small darker spot on back upper sleeve, wouldn't photo well. She is a beauty!
