Description
Selling my very rare Odyssey O-Works Versa 1 putter in good condition. Super Stroke Tour GT Pistol Grip has been well worn and still works, but should be changed. Priced accordingly. Comes with headcover. Thanks for taking a look at my listing(s): Right now I am listing many of my personal goods (not store inventory, I just own a lot of things) for sale as I am doing my best to "clean house" before moving.
I will continue to post new items as the days go by, however note that listings are first come, first serve and once they're gone, they're gone. Please don't contact me to see if I have any more and hopefully the following will help:
SPORTING GOODS:
For my golf listings- as I no longer have the time to properly clean my stored items that I'm selling, I am discounting the prices for the buyers benefit. This means that the exact condition of my items are shown in the photos. Many golf clubs still have stickers, tape, etc. (all of the annoying labels, leftover glue, etc. that stores and sellers put on the shafts). Normally I remove them, but this takes a lot of time and effort, which I no longer have the luxury of providing, so all clubs come as-is.
Any buyer that attempts to state that the item they received was "not as described" will be reported to eBay and then blocked from future purchases as they are literally stating that they did not read this listing and they did not take the time to look at the photos and/or ask questions. Also- Photos do NOT always tell the full story, however we all have different standards. I may offer my opinion from time to time in terms of condition, but while I am no expert, I am as accurate as I can possibly be. It would be wise to at least take this information into consideration.
Since I am an individual seller who has a full-time professional job and I am NOT a shop therefore I have to go out of my way to make time for these listings and to save time and energy, I write a LOT in the descriptions.
It's for both of our benefits, however for the many buyers out there who never bother to read at the very least my photos are always accurate and up-to-date and my listings are as clear as I can make them.
The majority of my buyers are savvy, well-read/researched individuals who know exactly what they're looking for and know exactly how to spot a great deal/significant savings. The rest of my buyers are typically people looking for the lowest price online.
My buyers also know that without even having to ask, I will do the right thing before, during and after the sales process. I sell and ship items exactly like I wish companies and sellers would send them to me.
Because I am NOT a store and already severely dislike the idea of selling my things at a great loss I will not go out of my way to help anyone who will already benefit from saving a great deal of money when buying my items.
The ONLY incentive I have to lose more money than I already am on my personal possessions (thanks to ebay and all of their fees) is that I DON'T have to cater to everyone and I don't have to "sell" anyone who knows what they're looking for.
If you need to be "sold" and you need customer service, honestly I am probably not the best fit.
I have not had any complaints although I would not be surprised to one day come across a buyer who didn't leave honest feedback due to their own pettiness as a result of not reading/inspecting the listing and/or product properly. This would be a shame for everyone.
GENERAL INFO:
Items listed as "New" are in the exact condition now as they were when they were purchased and received by me when I bought them "New", or "New Other" if I know for a fact that what I have is missing anything that comes from the factory (tags, paperwork, etc.).
Items that I have used, even once- will be listed as "Used" or "Pre-Owned" because that is the proper way to list.
As a buyer myself I have seen reputable AD's sell "New" product that has been opened, or has tags, materials, bags, missing and therefore prior to purchase and the only reason I was surprised upon receipt was because they only showed STOCK photos in their listings, which made me believe I would not receive an opened/floor/display model, so please inspect ALL photos provided as that is "exactly" what you will receive upon delivery and the only promise I can make is that if I list it as "New" then it is because it was sold to me as "New" and I have never personally used it.
Also- if an item I am selling is old (some of my collection is decades old now) please take this into consideration as I have noticed while selling that some items have collected dust, or show signs of age-deterioration (polymers, textiles, etc.) and/or for certain pieces where I have not removed stickers/labels, the glue residue has left markings, etc. Again- please inspect the photos, I take a LOT of time to provide you with accurate pictures.
Please refrain from asking superfluous questions as I want to honestly answer ALL relevant questions. Examples of superfluous questions: Q: Does this come with a warranty card? A: Do you "see" a warranty card in the pictures? If so then yes, but keep in mind if this item is dead-stock/discontinued, or old then the 1-year, or limited warranty card won't really matter.
All items included are shown in pictures (minus background, etc.). If not pictured, then it is not included.
SHIPPING INFO: Really important FYI - Depending on the value of the item purchased - it may ship with insurance (I will pay for it) and may require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION for additional security.
Shipped with USPS due to past experiences with buyer Fraud. Tampering with US postal mail is a federal crime and regardless of the $ amount considered a felony. Security measures are in place to assist the insurance company, USPS and your local authorities to ensure attempted fraud is punished.
Please take this into consideration prior to purchase. I will also do my best to ship this out within 24 hours of purchase (except for the weekends and holidays).
Original Source of Items (in General)
I bought most of my items from Authorized Dealers (Manufacturer Retail Store, or Big-Box Chains), Amazon, and here on eBay from reputable sellers (so they claim), a while ago for much more than I am selling it now, so unless I offer a "best offer" scenario, please do not contact me with offers. Thanks in advance!
Other examples of superfluous questions:
Q: "Will you accept a best offer?" A: Do you "see" an option to make a "best offer"? If not, then no. That being said, for some reason eBay is now altering sales listings without permission/consent and adding the "best offer" option if an item doesn't sell within a certain time frame. If this happens, I do my best to change the posting back asap, but if you submit an offer and you do not receive a response 99/100 times it was not an acceptable offer.
Important notes for potential buyers:
Please note that I am an individual seller who only lists items from my collection every few years or so- I am NOT a store, so when these items are gone, there is no further inventory/stock.
This is NOT my full time job and I am definitely not like Walmart (lol) but I do my best to provide the kind of service I would expect and regardless of the situation, I always maintain the highest level of professionalism when money is involved.
Do NOT make any unsolicited offers as it will not be tolerated, repeat offenders will be prohibited from purchases.
My buyer requirement settings have been adjusted to the highest level of scrutiny therefore if you are not able to purchase, there is most likely a very good reason why, however if you feel this is incorrect, or need to explain, you may send a message.
My listings do not come off as friendly as I operate by the highest standards and while I do not expect others to be on this level, my listings are intended for savvy, knowledgeable and respectful buyers who deserve to purchase my items at the highest discounts available.
No- not everyone deserves to buy my items at the highest discounts, and No- it does not bother me that I will lose a large audience because of this. There are MANY sellers who will give you far more attention and customer service and that is why you will pay more.
I personally make purchases from sellers like this in my personal life, because often times it is necessary/better to have that kind of service. HOWEVER, when I am bargain-shopping (like anyone looking at my items) I don't expect ANY service and believe in caveat emptor.
Also- during any holiday season I will be travelling from time to time and during these times, items listed for sale will be on my person, however they may ship out from a different location than shown in the listing.
IF shipping and handling time are a concern, then please contact prior to purchase for more information, however my items are listed with free shipping so other than geographic location, my holiday travel will not affect the pricing of my listings in any way.
Depending on the item that I am listing for sale, buyers are expected to already be educated on, or self-educate in regards to their local, state and federal laws concerning purchase, ownership and carry of certain items such as fixed-blade and folding knives.
When possible, items may be tested for functionality purposes only prior to shipping and in the event a defect/flaw/problem is discovered, the seller will notify buyer immediately and allow the buyer to decide whether or not to complete the transaction.
In this situation if no response is received by the buyer within 24 hours of purchase, then the seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction in the best interests of the buyer.
Thank you and all the best to you!
Sales Disclaimers:
Important information for all applicable buyers-
*Thank you for your interest and for considering my items listed for sale. All of my listed items are 100% genuine/authentic to the best of my knowledge and were all legally purchased through sites such as eBay, Amazon, or Authorized Dealers including the original manufacturer's retail/online shops. That being said, I am NOT an authorized dealer, or an expert and therefore am not capable of authenticating and/or providing guarantee/warranty services that would otherwise accompany purchase of these goods. All items are sold "as-is" and all questions should be asked prior to purchase, however buyers should know that I completely understand what it's like to be taken advantage of (especially on this site) and go to great lengths to make sure things are handled to the best of my ability, however that being said there will always be factors out of my control and at the end of the day I am simply someone who sells some of their personal items in their spare time every few years or so.
Photographs of items are provided in the listing, however after photographs were taken, for security purposes all items are then sealed and signed to ensure they remain in the exact condition that the photographs depict. This process is video-recorded and documented and can/will be used as evidence should any buyer attempt to claim the condition of the item is different than pictured as no refunds/exchanges are permitted. Photographs taken and posted are prohibited from use by anyone other than the original owner and may not be duplicated and reposted without expressed, written permission.
