    Description

    This is an 8", tiny Betsy McCall doll, from one of the early 2000's conventions.  She is wearing a pretty Victorian outfit.  I'm not sure if she was a convention only exclusive or an outfit made by someone and entered in a competition.  There is no tag inside the outfit and it stays together with hook & eyes in back.  I think it is a one of kind outfit, hand made.  The doll also has a competition "necklace" on, and will come on a stand.
