Team Issued 2016 - 2017 Alex Ovechkin Washington Capitals Jersey w/ MeiGray Tag

2016 - 2017 Washington Capital Team Issued Alexander Ovechkin Jersey with MeiGray Tag.  The tag number does not show up in the MeiGray Population??? - but it is tagged.  It does not show any use either -  so I am assuming it is NOT Game used.  I was told (don't know how true it is) that jerseys that do not show up in the population reports were sometimes taken by the players with the intent on keeping them.  I have attached a copy of MeiGray's Population report showing the tag numbering is in sequence with the other Washington Capitals' jerseys from that year.
