Product Description:Sport Chrome Reinforcer Chrome Wheel Set
Upgrade the wheels on your 2014-2018 Harley Touring model to a pair of chrome Reinforcers.
This price does not require any core exchanges, however we do offer the option of shipping us your stock parts for a core credit!
The 21" front wheel will come fully built: rotors mounted, bearings pressed, tire mounted & balanced. All other additionals will come separate.

Before you unwrap your parts double check your fitment and once unwrapped, look the item over before trying to install it. We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and know that all parts are fully warranted by the manufacturer.

Damaged Shipments:
Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we start the process.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received:
Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
Warranties:
All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling. Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us.
Resolution Process:
Business hours (8:00-5:00 pm EST) will get the resolution process going right away. After hours please email us so we know first thing in the morning there is a problem and we will contact you promptly.

applies to the lower 48 United States only. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will be invoiced separately for shipping.
Most items will ship same day as long as the payment is received by
2 PM EST
. Otherwise the item will ship next day or in accordance with the handling time. Handling times do not include weekends or holidays.
Be aware of handling times prior to purchase. While most items ship out the same day this might not always be the case. Expedited shipping is available but must be arranged prior to shipment.
Shipping method will either be USPS or UPS and it is determined by Eastern Performance's customer service team based on the best price with the safe arrival of the package in mind.
Make sure your Paypal confirmed address is up to date prior to purchase. For the protection of buyers and sellers we cannot make any changes after purchase.
If an item is out of stock or oversold, buyers will be notified immediately and refunded for the item. An estimated restock date will be provided at the time of cancellation.
International Custom's Fees and Taxes are paid by the receiver and Eastern Performance will not be able to modify the listed value of the item to avoid these fees. Please contact your local government for the cost of these fees.
