One is clear glass with color (think stained glass) and the other is silver with color (think of a colored mirror) The pure glass glitter will not tarnish, the silver based glitter will age and develop a patina with time. This listing is for the silver based. This listing is for 1 ounce of fine royal blue German glass glitter. It's a rich deep blue. 80 grit is just about the size of regular sugar for comparison. This is glass, it's not for use by children. Also keep it with craft supplies and not in the kitchen as a lot of these colors look just like colored granulated sugar! Comes packaged in a 3 inch by 3 inch bag. It's approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons but that varies a bit with the grit sizes. I love to combine shipping.
