    This is an extremely
    rare and very hard-to-find boxed unit
    made by Bachmann in 1949 (early Plasticville). One of the FIRST Plasticville items offered.
    PLUS, this set has the extremely rare, hard-to-find
    translucent green trees with "flakes.

    All fence sections and gate are complete and in tact!
    This unit originally came with 11 fence sections, 1 gate, and 2 translucent green trees.
    The box does have some shelf wear and has a few small tears (not noticeable when the lid is closed.)
    The box still IS a very presentable collectors piece.
    These accessory items always make nice additions to a Plasticville layout or collection.
