The fence and cabin always provides for a nice setting in the farm or rural setting. This set is in very good to excellent" condition with parts showing little use - EXCEPT to small tabs on one side are broken - still assembles nicely. The box is in - OUTSTANDING condition - truly a nice collector's box..

    " COMPLETE, but there are 2 tabs broken off on one small side panel - still assembles nicely. Other than that, the other pieces are in "excellent+++ condition." This log cabin kit contains: 1 log cabin (with chimney); 1 evergreen tree; 6 sections of rustic fence; and 1 rustic gate section.
    The fence sections, gate, and tree are in excellent shape - the tree is NOT factory glued.
    The box, is in "outstanding" condition for being over 70 years old - truly a collector's box!
    This is a very, VERY nice piece.
    This log cabin with the rustic fence is always striking and compliments the Plasticville farm or rural scene.
    This is truly a nice collector's piece with
    ALL original from the 1988 release.
