Nice Patented Antique Vintage Hickory Shaft Spalding Seely Patent Mashie

This item is a right handed antique vintage 37 1/2" iron. Highly collectible patented Spalding Seely Patent Mashie. May 14, 1912 Patent date on the back. Raised ridges on the tines on the sides. Marked Spalding Gold Medal on the back along with the Patent date on the back. Dot face scoring. The head is clean and not all rusted but it does have the expected play nicks and dings finish wear. Please look at the many zoom pictures as they should accurately represent the condition. The shaft is the old original Gold Medal marked hickory. It has a minor bend, there are no cracks and it is tight at the hosel. The grip is an old long leather wrap that is in very good vintage condition with whipping at the bottom. A nice example for your collection.
Shipping in the US is calculated for this item and based on a 3 pound box. The closer you are to me in NC (27712 zip) the less shipping will be. That is the way shipping works as it costs me more to ship a greater distance with all the carriers. I do ship pretty much worldwide but shipping is a lot more to foreign locations and it too is calculated.
