Up for purchase is a like-new
natural loaf pan
with cleaning instructions (it has not been used, just stored on shelf and there is residue from where the price sticker was located on the bottom). There is not a brand listed for the pan.
Natural loaf pan, made from clay and water. Distributes heat evenly up to 500 degrees F.
I will wrap the loaf pan in bubble wrap and paper for extra protection when shipping and I will put fragile strickers on the box.

Cleaning and Care of the Loaf Pan
Cleaning:
1.
Cool until entire pan is room temperature
2.
Soak pan in clear hot water to loosen food residue left in pan. Do Not Use Soap.
3.
Scrape off excess food using nylon pan scraper or a spatula.
4.
Rinse and dry for storage.
Note: It is important that you do not use soap or detergent when cleaning your pan. The soap can flavor foods that are baked in the pan. For the same reason, the pan should not be washed in an auto-matic dishwasher.
Care: The pan is a natural clay product and may break if dropped or exposed to sudden changes in temperature.
To prevent breakage:

Do not put in a hot pan into water. Allow to cool
completely before
cleaning.

Do not place a thick mass of frozen food directly in the pan.
·
Do not place frozen entrees, directly in the pan, pot pies, or any other frozen foods in the pan. Thaw frozen foods completely before baking in the pan.

Do not take the pan directly from the freezer and place in the oven.
·
Do not use pan under the broiler or on top of direct heat.
·
Do not place any other pan on the top of or in the pan when baking.
·
Do not add liquid into the pan after it has been heated.
