At times the item pictured differs from the actual product as sometimes packaging changes.

Return Policy

Returns are authorized for wrong item shipped, defective or broken items.
No returns
for items that are used or tested or buyer’s remorse.
If you refuse your package and it comes back to me; you will have to pay to re-ship it out to you.
If your return is approved; your refund will be reduced by the amount of the postage paid. No reimbursements for any sales tax charged.

since I pay for any "Free Shipping", I choose the method of shipping and will always send you the tracking information.
All dates are approximately when you will receive your items by, not a guarantee.
If you want a guaranteed date; then you need to contact me before I send it out and pay for Priority or Express Delivery (no exceptions).
I ship next day shipping using only USPS;
Monday - Friday.
