MTH O scale signal tower - hardly used - plus station building bonus

Description

I bought this new at a train show a couple of years ago, was on a layout just briefly then stored away.   Tested lights and work just fine.    I don't have the original wrapping but it is in great shape.     I believe retailed new in the 40 to 50 dollar range.
Also throwing in this unbranded station building as a bonus - I also picked this up at a train show a couple of years ago, had it on a layout briefly then also stored since.     I don't see any brand on it, missing a couple of pieces under the roof (normally you wouldn't see that) and a couple of doors on one side (see photo), and some damage on the bottom (which you wouldn't ordinarily see).
