You are purchasing a lot of items for making dollhouse and fairy garden miniature items.  There are two tools, saw and cutter.  The material has tiny print.  There is a variety of beads, plastic things to make bowls, tables, etc. The paper items are good for paper plates, stamps, envelops, pictures and more.  Lots to create with.  I have too much and I'll be thinning down and posting lots like this each month.
These are not children's toys.  They are intended for adult dollhouse collectors.
I will be selling several dollhouse miniature items.   Most are old or used.  I repaint them to create a new look.   Their condition vary so I will do my best to describe each one.  Most accessories are hand-made.  Look good at the pictures as you may be pleasantly surprised at the quality and details.  They will vary in size and material from wood, plastic and metal.  Most are 1:12 scale but not all so ask if you are not sure by description or pictures.
