Miniature Dollhouse 1:12 Scale Porcelain Lady/Woman Doll. Miniature 1:12 Scale Lady/Woman porcelain doll approximately 5-1/2" tall, dressed in a white silk dress with a tulle overlay. She has molded shoes. She has been draped so she has realistic looking folds in her clothing and then sprayed stiff so the folds will stay. Her had has a red decoration and matches in color the red 'gem' necklace. In my opinion she is in excellent condition.

ARTIST MINIATURE LADY DOLL
Miniature 1:12 Scale Lady/Woman porcelain doll approximately 5-1/2" tall, dressed in a white silk dress with a tulle overlay.  She has molded shoes.  She has been draped so she has realistic looking folds in her clothing and then sprayed stiff so the folds will stay.  Her had has a red decoration and matches in color the red 'gem' necklace.  In my opinion she is in excellent condition.
This is an adult collectible, not for children.

Shipping cost:
There is a promotion shipping cost of .95 for small and medium items, regardless of how many items you purchase, as long as they are on one single invoice. PLEASE NOTE: If you pay for your purchases on more than 1 invoice, I can no longer combine your invoices.  Shipping will be .95 for each invoice and shipped separately.  eBay now requires a separate tracking number for each invoice. I ship in the Domestic U.S. only.  I no longer ship to International addresses.
Large items over 1 pound are not part of the promotion shipping program and will go Priority Mail
Shipping time:
I ship through USPS First Class and Priority and tracking is entered into eBay as soon as I ship.  I ship out within 24 hours.
Terms of Sale
I understand that sometimes, items need to be returned.  If you need to return an item, please open a return request in the eBay Returns Center and return it through this venue. The miniature dollhouse items should be in their original packing/box and received in saleable condition within 30 days of your purchase.  I charge no restocking fee.  The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
