LADY IN RED SKIRT

THIS IS MADE BY ARTISAN PATSY THOMAS
She is so sweet.  She would finish off any miniature setting.  She would be great for a school teacher, sales clerk or mother.
She is dressed in a red and white strip skirt with a Victorian white blouse with a red stone on the front stand up collar.  She has brown hair fixed in a bun and has black painted on shoes.
She is individually made by Artisan, Patsy Thomas so no 2 are exactly identical.
This is an adult collectible, not for children.
Shipping
Shipping cost:
There is a promotion shipping cost of .95 for small and medium items, regardless of how many items you purchase, as long as they are on one single invoice. PLEASE NOTE: If you pay for your purchases on more than 1 invoice, I can no longer combine your invoices.  Shipping will be .95 for each invoice and shipped separately.  eBay now requires a separate tracking number for each invoice. I ship in the Domestic U.S. only.  I no longer ship to International addresses.
Large items over 1 pound are not part of the promotion shipping program and will go Priority Mail
Shipping time:
I ship through USPS First Class and Priority and tracking is entered into eBay as soon as I ship.  I ship out within 24 hours.
Terms of Sale
I understand that sometimes, items need to be returned.  If you need to return an item, please open a return request in the eBay Returns Center and return it through this venue. The miniature dollhouse items should be in their original packing/box and received in saleable condition within 30 days of your purchase.  I charge no restocking fee.  The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
