A combination of customer demand and their vast collection of performance values, achieved in several racing series, has led Malossi engineers to provide an updated upgrade to their already proven mhr and mhr Big Bore racing exhaust systems. These systems, designed for exclusive use with their very own 68cc cylinders and the 77 / 86cc 'BIG BORE' cylinder kits, have been extensively re-shaped, especially in the outlet and in its mid section. MALOSSI promise a power boost of at least 0.5 PS on its previous system. Racing Exhaust MALOSSI mhr II Constructed using 0.8-1.0mm thick special steel plate. The unprocessed steel plate is the first shot peened and welded with the TIG and MIG processes and finally hand welded acetylene in its final form.
