    This is a Lemax illuminated billboard with an ad featuring Uncle Sam promoting War Bonds  The billboard is 4 ¼” wide and 4” tall.  The lights can be powered by 3 batteries (not included) or with the included AC adapter.  It is unused except for removal from the packaging to attach the ad, which can be replaced.  It was tested and it works.
