- In order to comply with Ebay power seller guidelines, we are forced to accept returns for Ebay BUT please understand that any item that has been washed, cut or around smoke, vapor or pets will not get a full refund once the return is received at our location. This is due to the fact that we sell new - unwashed - smoke free - pet free items & once it is altered, washed or around smoke or pets, it is no longer sellable. Shipping for the original package is non-refundable - if your item had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order will be deducted from any refund.
