Return Policy
1. Within the 24 hours when the order was placed,if you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.
24 hours later,after we confirmed shipment, the cancellation of the order will not be allowed.
If you still want to cancel it, the carrier will charge for the recall plus shipping costs.
(Item providing it is in original condition;unused with the tags still attached.The item needs to be returned within 7 days after receiving the notification and confirmation from us.)
2. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 7 days of receiving.
(If you find the shipping box is damaged, please do not open the box.First time to take pictures to contact our customer service)
3. After the item is returned to the warehouse, we will issue the refund deducting the relevant fees.
4. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. So if you decide to return your item then we'll refund the purchase price, less the delivery costs and handling fee.
5. If the item is not returned as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
When returning the item, please DO NOT write or stick anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage sticker on the outer postage packaging.
