One is clear glass with color (think stained glass) and the other is silver with color (think of a colored mirror) The pure glass glitter will not tarnish, the silver based glitter will age and develop a patina with time. This listing is for the silver based. This listing is for 1 ounce of Pure Silver Shards Glitter. This glitter is amazing, the most sparkly glitter I carry by far. Blinding almost! Use this when you need to make an impact! I'll be using this on the lettering of some of my signs. Very nice quality! Nice and sparkly, yet not harsh like modern glitters. This glitter is large. It's similar in size to parsley flakes, sesame seeds, kitty litter? It's coarse! it's like dropping a mirror and having it shatter into a million pieces. Please refer to the chart in photo 3 for a size reference. 40, 50, and 60 grit are coarser glitters. 70 is medium. 80, 90, and 100 are finer glitters.

This is glass, it's not for use by children.  Also keep it with craft supplies and not in the kitchen as a lot of these colors look just like colored granulated sugar!  Imported from Germany.
Weighed on a very sensitive legal for trade scale (cost me an arm and a leg!) so you'll get full measure.  (It's so sensitive that I know the bag containing the glitter weighs .030 ounce!)
I love to combine shipping.  Please let me know when you're done shopping and I'll send a combined invoice.  It just gets a little tricky when I have so many truly heavy items (signs) and lightweight (Victorian scrap).
