Shipping:
I ship within 5 days of receiving payment. I will combine multiple purchases to cut down on your shipping costs. If you pay immediately, I'll refund the shipping overcharge to your Paypal account. I A-Bomb pack your glass to protect it from damage. I double box, use bubble wrap and your shipping fee includes insurance.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska:
Please add .00 to the shipping cost. If there is an overage I will refund it to your Paypal account.
International shipping:
No problem. Let me know what country you're in and I will send you the cost of how much it will cost to ship it there.
Damage control:
Ouch, I hate when this happens. If your item is damaged during shipment, I put a sheet of what to do in each package if this happens. Ship just your damaged item in the original box with all packing material back to me. Ship parcel post. DO NOT SHIP OVERNIGHT. Once received, I will either send out a replacement or refund your money for that item plus your shipping cost.

Buyers remorse:
Oh, oh. You based your purchase on my description and the pictures. It seemed what you wanted, but it just didn't satisfy your expectations when you received it. Just notify me within 7 days of receiving it, ship it back in the original box, insured, parcel post and I will gladly refund your money.

I accept payment through Paypal only. If you do not pay in 4 days from winning your item I will start a none payment process. If you have to delay payment, please let me know. If you go past the date you said you would pay me, I will also start a none payment process. I've had to many buyers not pay for there item. No exceptions.
