REINFORCED JASIL CRANKSHAFT PIN 16
Jasil crankshafts are forged in steel with a very high breaking load, which after a chemical surface treatment, obtain greater resistance in stressful working conditions and good elasticity, even in intensive use.
The perfect alignment of the crankshaft eliminates any vibration problems and increases the longevity of bearings, washers and gaskets.
The manufacturing process of the connecting rods guarantees a uniform distribution of the raw material as well as a perfect alignment between the two holes of the connecting rod.
After turning, the holes are polished with a very low tolerance to the circularity, ovality, and parallelism of the finished surfaces, to ensure a perfect coupling between the thru-axle and the bearing.
