    Description

    Here is a nice, William Gibson “Slazenger” of Kinghorn Scotland, hickory shaft James Braid three iron.
    The club is a hash-lined scored face pattern. The markings are clean and visible, you can see the Gibson Star.
    Its condition is good, and it shows little ware. The club was lightly cleaned, and the head was carefully hand-polished to remove the oxidation and years of neglect.

    The head measures a lengthy 3.5 inches and the
    club face in 1.5 inches deep
    . The club is approximately 38 inches long to the bottom of the hosel.
    The shaft appears to be the original, the grip also appears to be the original grip (not sure), in good condition with normal wear and tear, see photos. I can put on a same era grip if requested at no cost. The head is tight to the hosel when you twist it, and no cracks to the hosel. This club would make a very nice player, or great addition to anyone’s collection.
