Antique Robert Jones Spalding Cushion Neck Kro-Flite Golf Clubs Irons 1-9

Description

This set of nine right-handed antique Spalding  Robert Jones Cushion Neck Kro-Flite clubs is in good vintage condition.
They are all marked PAT'D. 1, 551,563 PAT. APPLIED FOR. The patent was granted on September 1, 1925 so these clubs pre-date the patent and are early 20s. The leather wrapped grips are tight and in good condition.  The shafts are pyratone coated steel.  They all have the same corresponding neck number on the black band at the bottom of the shaft - REG #CJ 71347B. The club heads are in fair to good condition; we removed a fair amount of rust, and a lot of the chrome finish is gone.  I believe that this is a rare set of clubs that doesn't come along very often.
