Overall condition is good as its age.
It is pre-owned and vintage/antique.
There are signs of wear from play and age. The top hosel area has dents (see the white circle and arrows).
The leather grip is in good vintage condition. The nice original end cap is metal (not aluminum) said A GREAT LAKES CLUB.
I will say the shaft is straight as hickory and it is tight to the hosel.
The club length is about  33 7/8

Found the reference online
:
Cruickshank turned professional in 1921 and moved to the United States. He was the PGA Tour’s leading money winner in 1927 after winning the Los Angeles Open and Texas Open that year. He served as head professional at The Country Club of Virginia from 1932-48 then moved to a club in Pittsburgh, Pa., where he retired in 1969. He died in 1975 at age 80.
