Some of these items are Artisanal pieces and are handcrafted, pre-owned and in excellent condition.
~Stored in a temperature/moisture controlled and Smoke Free environment.
~These are NOT toys.~
They are adult collectible dollhouse miniatures.
They are not meant for children under the age of 14.
The ruler and the quarter that are in my photos are there to provide a reference point for scale.
They are NOT meant to indicate the exact measurements of each item!
Due to angles and perspective, you should not assume that the measurement in the photo is exact.

I generally ship via USPS Standard First Class Mail (2 - 3 business days) or Priority Mail, which provides tracking.
I ship on the same day I receive cleared payment; however, if payment is received late in the day, I will ship on next business day.
I will ship every day except for Sundays.

I can not simply “refund” the excess shipping you were charged if you do not contact me by message in advance.

I do ship outside of the U.S. But Only if previously arranged.

NOTE ~When working with electric lamps, it is advisable have an existing and working 12-volt wiring system in place, and the knowledge and skill to correctly install this fixture in a manner that is compatible with one's existing system (plug / outlet system, wiring, and transformer size.)
**If you are a beginner, I suggest getting expert advice prior to attempting to install a wired miniature lamp for the first time.~
