Because they are slow by nature, they are often tuned in. The basis of any tuning is the case of the engine, and like many other components, smallframe crankcases and complete engines have become rare and expensive. For this reason we have decided to produce a new and revised SIP smallframe carter. It was a great project ... The basis for this is a PK case. All internal components are taken from the PK models and intended for them in terms of species. The transfer lights match the originals but have been enlarged on the front and rear of the case and the case has been strengthened. All options offer more material and additional reinforcement ribs / braces, along with greater stability. The cylinder gasket surface is extended across both halves of the case for maximum size sealing surface with revised transfer ports / cylinders. The intake has clearly more material at all levels and the 3 fixing hole (suitable collectors are available separately for all possible combinations, eg in the V50). The flywheel side has changed cable guide and additional stiffeners and the lower case screw connection has been compensated for external crankshafts with a larger web-diameter / stroke crank. The intake valve rotation time corresponds to the PK125 ETS and also works very well on 50cc cylinders. The sealing surface of the rotary valve is larger and therefore offers the possibility to extend / modify the suction times. The gear shaft (arm) is positioned in a bushing which can be interchanged. The primary bearing unit has the 57.5mm seat to be able to use all primary repair kit transmissions. Internally, the crankcase also has additional reinforcement ribs / braces for added stability and the swingarm has been designed to use 3.00 and 3.50x10 tires. The silent rubber rocker motors are already attached, although it is not possible to see in the photo. Case PK has a 47mm bearing seat and an upward facing lubrication hole; ETS case has 38mm and a lubrication screw on the inside. The ETS crankcase is configured to use crankshafts with a 25mm ETS bearing housing. Both of these stands for all smallframe models. Bottom line: Your smallframe is no longer at risk of dying from engine damage. And at an excellent price / performance ratio! SIP-TIP: Don't forget the set of gaskets, oil seals, bearings, key and gear oil! A new case also likes new engine screws and bolts.
