    Description

    2 Wooden Shafted & Heads Golf clubs & Detroit Leather-Canvas Golf Bag w/Leather Grip. Trimmed in leather.  There are names on the 2 clubs.  One is hard to read and the other is stamped JOE RUSTIC SPECIAL with excellent heads and grips.  Both clubs are rewrapped with black old fishing line.  The leather on the club handles is excellent.  The heads on the bottoms both have brass heal plates with lead weights inserted into the back of the head. Both of these clubs are very playable, the Joe Rustic Special is 39" long and is a brassie a fairway wood and the other club is large enough to be a driver 43" w/larger head back in 1910-1920's.  The bag is rough but is a great display piece and hangs nicely from a wall or inside a Den for collectors.  The bag is 33" long x 6" & 7" diameters leather supports that are 1-1/4" down from top edge and 1-3/4 up from the bottom edge of the bag.  There is a copper-brass tag with a company name on the bag Leather handle: THE L.A.YOUNG Co.
