    This piece was hand made as is event by the handle that is made from brass and shows that is was cut and filed from a larger piece
    The bowl is made from 12 pieces of wood
    The bands look brass or copper and are riveted
    The base has a very faint 157 written on it
    The copper rope that was twisted round the centre in two lines is missing
    It is stable and pretty tight
