This is an apprx. 34" 1930s Calamity Jane Model
signature "Robt.T.JonesJr." Putter with the over 14"
original
leather wrap grip in great condition.  This is a
pyratone
shaft putter, which
means it is steel painted
over and
baked or fired on.
When they first made steel shafts, apparently the wood
look was still desired, so they painted the steel shafts and
fired or baked it on to give the appearance of wood.  You
will often see ads. with faux wood meaning fake wood.
The pyratone will chip
and you will see chips and dents in
the putters often, this
one has no chips and one tiny dent
as barely seen in the next to last picture.
The handle under
the leather wrap
grip is actually of wood.
This is one of the
nicer ones that
you will find, and often mistaken as
bamboo.
