1897 Urquart's Patent Adjustable Iron Antique Golf Club RARE

Description

For sale is one of the famed Urquart's Adjustable Irons that has been part of the legendary personal collections of both Harry Wood in the early 1900s and Jeff Ellis in the late 1900s/early 2000s.
This circa 1897 Urquart adjustable iron is in very good condition for it's age. It does show wear that can be in the photos. You can see the shaft in photo 2 has a chip in it. The adjustable mechanism is working freely.
This club originates from the famed Jeff Ellis Collection, and this exact club was featured in his books The Clubmaker's Art (TCA 1, p. 360; TCA 2, p. 440).
